UL Listed Wooden Fire Door rated 20 Minutes Positive Pressure with Hose Stream. Built as a steel frame wooden fire door, the set pairs a pressed steel door frame with a single wooden door leaf faced in light oak wood veneer, certified as a matched door and frame set under WHI25-21778313 for the leaf and WHI25-21778314 for the frame, and tested to UL 10(b), UL 10(c), NFPA 252 and CAN/ULC S104. Category B door with a Category C proprietary frame, for installation in masonry or aerated concrete wall openings. Single leaf up to 1215 mm wide by 2721 mm high, with an overall frame up to 1222 mm wide by 2728 mm high, a 16 mm high frame stop and a minimum jamb depth of 146 mm. A surface applied Category G intumescent edge seal system is required on the frame or on the door. The frame is cement mortar grouted and fixed with five T shape anchors at each vertical side, spaced 625 mm and set 150 mm from the top and bottom of the hinge jambs. Fitted with a listed mortise latch or cylindrical lock with a minimum 1/2 in latch bolt throw and at least one single point latching on the leaf, together with an overhead door closer, stainless steel door handles for interior doors, door locks for wooden doors, and UL Listed stainless steel hinges. The leaf face is a flat flush wood veneer in a light natural oak tone with a satin finish, plain and unbroken, which lets the door suit hotel door and interior door joinery schemes. The pressed steel door frame has a powder coated finish, highly durable, cost effective and with minimal heavy metals, and RAL colour charts and customer colour samples are available for project colour matching.
