This steel door is a fire rated hollow metal fire door supplied as a single leaf in a matched pressed steel frame, and it is certified to 3 Hour both under neutral pressure and as a 3 Hour positive pressure category A door, with the matching frame certified from 20 minutes through 45, 60 and 90 minutes up to 3 Hour positive pressure as a category C standard frame. The door leaf is identified as a listed fire door under certificate WHI15-21778302 and the frame under certificate WHI15-21778301, tested in accordance with UL 10(b), UL 10(c), NFPA 252 and CAN ULC S104. The leaf is the 3 Hour polystyrene core construction and carries a temperature rise rating greater than 650 degrees Fahrenheit at 30 minutes, with every unit identified by a label bearing the wording Listed Fire Door together with a time interval, a temperature rise rating, a serial number and the certification mark. Standard construction includes 18 and 20 gauge steel door skins, a 16 gauge flush top channel, a 16 gauge inverted bottom channel, a standard seamless edge, a 20 gauge dust cover, 7 gauge hinge reinforcement, 12 gauge closer reinforcement and 14 gauge lock reinforcement, in a leaf with a minimum thickness of 45 mm and a maximum width of 1208 mm and maximum height of 2416 mm for single leaf installation, while the frame is supplied from 16 gauge steel with a cement mortar grouted masonry fixing. Five knuckle stainless steel hinges, a lever handle with keyed cylinder and an overhead closer complete the set, and the doorset is finished with a rust inhibitive primer to ANSI/SDI 250.10 and top coated in medium mint green with plenty of optional colours available.
